How quickly can you clear a property?
In many cases, we can offer same-day or next-day clearance slots across Coventry and the Midlands. For larger properties, we typically need 1–2 days’ notice to allocate the right team and vehicle. Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Are you licensed to remove waste?
Yes. Mad Movers holds a full Environment Agency waste carrier licence (Licence Number: CBDU628963). This means all waste we remove is handled legally and responsibly. We can provide full waste transfer documentation on request.
What happens to the items you remove?
We follow the waste hierarchy – we always try to find a home for usable items first, donating furniture and household goods to local charities and community organisations. Items that can’t be reused are recycled wherever possible. Only items that cannot be recycled are sent to licensed waste disposal facilities.
How do I get a quote?
The quickest way to get a quote is to send us photos of the items or property via WhatsApp (07745 333 250) or fill in our online quote form. For larger jobs, we’ll arrange a free site visit. We aim to respond to all enquiries same day during working hours.
Do you offer probate and bereavement clearances?
Yes. We have significant experience supporting families, solicitors, and estate agents with probate and bereavement property clearances. We approach these jobs with complete sensitivity and discretion, and we can work around your schedule and requirements.
Do you clear commercial properties?
Absolutely. We clear offices, retail units, warehouses, garages, and any type of commercial or business property. We can work outside business hours to minimise disruption, and we handle all waste responsibly with full documentation.
What areas do you cover?
Our core coverage area includes Coventry, Birmingham, Rugby, Warwick, Kenilworth, Solihull, and the surrounding Midlands areas. We also cover surrounding towns and villages – if you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’ll let you know.
What if I only have one item to remove?
No problem at all. We offer single item collection for sofas, mattresses, fridges, washing machines, wardrobes, and any other bulky items. It’s a simple, affordable service – just tell us what you need removing and we’ll give you a fixed price.
Do I need to be present during the clearance?
You don’t need to be present for the entire clearance, but we do ask that someone is available at the start to confirm what needs to be removed and to hand over access if required. For probate clearances, we can make special arrangements – just discuss this with us when booking.
How do you price your services?
Our pricing is based on the volume and type of items, access to the property, and the nature of the job. We always provide a fixed quote upfront – there are no hidden charges or surprise additions on the day. We believe in complete pricing transparency.
